Shorten wedding gown hem and add a bustle

About the project

My wedding gown is about 5 cm too long, even with the shoes I'll be wearing. I need the hem shortened and a simple three-point French bustle added so I can dance at the reception. The skirt has a satin base layer and a lace overlay with a scalloped edge, and I'd like to keep the scallops if possible (shorten from the waist, or move the lace edge up). I can come in for one or two fittings. Please let me know what you would charge and how many fittings you'd want.
