Proposal tokens
Sending a proposal costs 1 token. Makers get 20 free tokens each month. Tokens cannot be bought at launch. A token is refunded if the project ends without a hire and the maker did not withdraw.
Who pays what
Customer service fee: 5% added to the proposal price, shown before you pay. Maker commission: 5% taken from the payout, shown when the maker writes a proposal.
